Happy with the room etc. Breakfast very good. Parking was an issue but overcome by parking down the road.

We stayed for one night in a double room. I requested a quiet room, and it certainly was very quiet but the room was very small and basic, not like the photos on the website. It was clean, but in need of updating.The breakfast was good value though.

Very friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good choice for breakfast. Within easy walking distance of centre of Ramsgate. No difficulty in parking in the square with additional parking in surrounding streets.

Very English family establishment located in a delightful 19th century square of Edwardian Terraces, one in which the Dutch Painter Va Gough once lived. We were made very welcome by the Manager.Imagine waking up to see the sun rise across the English channel, we had a balcony sea view room with a terrace and a new en-suite.The common areas will benefit from some updating.The Guest House was just 5-7 minutes walk to the Royal harbour and Ramsgate sandy beach and the largest Weatherspoon pub in UK located at Victoria Pavilion. At the Royal harbour we were spoiled with the choicest restaurants to pick from, ranging from Seafood, Thai, Chinese, Indian and the best Fish and chips in the whole world Peters Fish Factory lol.Breakfast was something else! full English made to order 14 items in all, stupendous!I will recommend this little hideaway to all, certainly real value for money as all the other establishments we saw in the area were much more expensive and would have left us with little cash to enjoy the delights of Ramsgate.Tip if you are visiting Ramsgate best to do a weekend away so you can have time to visit Broadstairs (Charles Dickens lair)

Great value for a night.

Stayed one night at the "Spencer Court Hotel". Had to drive around a couple of times in order to find somewhere to park when we first arrived. Managed to park fairly close on a side street. First impressions were that it was a bit dated, however, room was clean & we had a very comfortable stay. Breakfast was plentiful & very nice. The only gripe would be that there was no soap in the room. Had to make do with the complimentary sachet of hair& body wash. Would we stay again? Yes I think we would.

I found myself needing emergency accommodation on limited budget ,booked online £30 single room,upon arrival pleasant greeting and was given large double room which should have cost more but they honoured price, Decor and overall clean and tidy , breakfast was a good service as well you can tell they take pride in their business, 1st class for a B and B .

Great value and an excellent location. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Hard to beat this when on a budget. Recommended.

Have used Spencer hotel for a couple of years for a weekend work party on a boat moored in Ramsgate. There was an issue with the room booking this year but it was settltd amicably. Rooms ok. Breakfast good. Beware of dowstairs room with a double door, as the handle on the inner door was broken and inmate got locked in! All good fun at the end of the day and we will be back next year.

A friendly guest house. A good breakfast served promptly and hot. Hot water in room and bathroom only tepid and of course not on-suite room.

I have stayed here 3 times and once again this time received an excellent service from the owners. Accommodation and food excellent. Good value for the price which is very reasonable in this day and age.
